All types of flooring have different types of maintenance requirements, however most revolve around cleaning. Information regarding your new flooring can be found here on our website or by contacting us directly.
Depending on the type and severity of the damages repairs can usually be made. These repairs are not covered by the warranty but should be performed by a professional in most cases. Please feel free contact us for information or advice about repairs.

Make sure you read your warranty guide. We can help you and answer any questions you may have. The warranty guide for most of our products are available here on our website, however if you can’t find one for your flooring please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
Check your warranty for how the company recommends you care for your floor, some products require special cleaners or care products.
